Standard support includes

  • Access to patches and service packs

  • Response time of two business days (MTTR)

  • One hour of product training via Microsoft Live Meeting

Support after the initial year will be quoted in a statement of work (SOW.) Support upgrades for quicker response times are available for additional costs.
